About the destination: Cagliari is pure Mediterranean essence, and it expresses it in every corner, in every bite of its delicious cuisine. Sardinian’s capital is located in the southern part of the island and it’s the political, economic and cultural centre. It has Roman ruins of great value, as the Amphitheatre and many testimonies of Cagliari’s priceless historical heritage. It's an easy city to get around on foot, where you can get lost in the narrow streets that shape the old town located in the upper part of the city and surrounded by fortifications. Strolling around the Castello district, the living heart and memory of the city, visitors will encounter the Cathedral with its adjacent museum, the Royal Palace and countless churches. A nice staircase leads to the bastion St. Remy. From its terrace you can enjoy a 360 degree view of the city. There is an excellent beach in the city, Spiaggia Poetto, an 8km long full equipped beach, perfect to get tanned, swim and chill out. And at nigh it becomes a nightlife hot spot, with clubs, cocktail bars and restaurants. Cagliari is definitely a top tourist destination, one of the most interesting in Sardinia and in Italy.

About the destination: Arbatax is one of the postcards of Sardinia thanks to its spectacular red rocks (rocce rosse), composed of the mineral porfidio, and which form a palette of colors with the tonalities that it is charged throughout the day. Another of the silhouettes of Arbatax is the one always present in the whole Sardinian coast of the Spanish tower, which exercises with authority of lighthouse of the physiognomy of the city. To bathe we can choose the beaches of Scoglius Arrubius, a cove of pebbles, or that of Orris that has a fine sand. Barì Sardo is outside of Arbatax. The increase in tourism has allowed Arbatax and specifically the center of Porto Frailis to have registered an enormous urban growth, with resorts, hotels, restaurants and business activities in vacations for all tastes.

About the destination: The Emerald Coast is one of the best known coastal areas of northern Sardinia, whose fame transcends Italy. It covers 55 km long and has an area of more than 30 km 2. The waters of the Emerald Coast are a luxurious tourist destination with beaches of clean and fine white sand, The main cities and towns of the area are Arzachena, Olbia, Porto Cervo, Liscia di Vacca, Capriccioli and Romazzino. The warm climate and sunny weather are, next to the turquoise waters, the best postcard on the Emerald Coast. The water temperature reaches up to 23-25oC normally in summer, and outside the heat is not very sweltering, 28-30oC, since the situation of the coastline allows the current of breezes. The Sardinian (Sardinia) Cup sailing regatta is held annually on the Emerald Coast during September. Other activities on the Emerald Coast include the Italian film festival in Tavolara and a rally of period cars. Celebrities and famous Italians flock to this region in summer, looking for its turquoise waters and renowned beaches, and anchoring its luxurious yachts in the secluded coves. June, September and October are not as crowded and offer much less overwhelming temperatures to enjoy the Emerald Coast.
